John Walker
John Waler was admitted as a Solicitor in 1981 and has worked in liverpool since 1983. He primarily concentrates on Commercial Property work. His work includes Development work and he acts for a large UK Housing Association. Other areas of expertise include Commercial Landlord and Tenant work, Employment Law, Wills and Probate and Partnership matters.
Prav Sibia
Prav Sibia was admitted as a Solicitor in 1996 and has worked in Liverpool since 1994. She deals with Residential Conveyancing, Remortgages, Wills and Probate and litigation matters arising out of property related disputes.
Lisa Evans
Lisa Evans is an admitted solicitor and has worked in a number of law firms based in the Wirral and Liverpool area since 2004 mostly undertaking both Commercial and Residential Property work. Lisa completed her training contract with HJ Walker Sibia Solicitors and is now fully qualified.
She continues to specialise in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Property work and has acted for clients in the purchase of commercial premises and businesses across Liverpool, and in Manchester and the Central London Area. She has also acted for clients in civil litigation actions.
Carl Holden
Carl Holden was admitted as a Solicitor in 1990, practicing in North Wales and Merseyside since 1987. Beginning his career in private practice, he subsequently spent seven years heading a local authority legal department before returning to the private sector. He specialises in all aspects of non-contentious property work, from Property Development and Commercial Landlord & Tenant to Funding and Agricultural Property; and has acted for numerous overseas investors over the past dozen years.
